Course information

Starting off with demonstrations, then taking you through the basics of different types of fish and shellfish.

You will fillet, prepare, plate, and eat dishes that allow you the opportunity to develop skills in fish and shellfish preparation and cookery.

There is a fee of £60 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.

2 Saturdays - 9am – 4pm

This course will refine your cooking skills and increase your knowledge of fish and shellfish cookery.

If you enjoy the experience and want to study further, then the progression route would be to enrol on our Level 2 Professional Cookery course.
