The Education and Skills Funding Agency has an obligation under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 to ensure that providers of education and training are receptive to genuine expressions of dissatisfaction and that complaints are dealt with promptly, fairly and proportionately. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint once it has exhausted the Cornwall College complaints procedure you can complain to the Education and Skills Funding Agency who will investigate to ensure that our Complaints Procedure is working effectively and that that any decisions made are reasonable.
