Remote access
Anyone requiring the use of VMware Horizon, our remote desktop service, must complete this security questionnaire so we can assess your device has the necessary security precautions are in place. The guides below will help you identify the information we need. Contact the Helpdesk if you have any queries. Additionally, all users of Horizon will need to have completed their annual Cyber Security Awareness training.
Once submitted, a member of the IT Services team will review your submission and confirm whether you have access or outline any necessary steps to resolve any issues on your device within one working day.

If you would like to access the Intranet, please do so through VMware Horizon (see above). (email helpdesk@cornwall.ac.uk for guides for Windows, MAC and tablets).
Use the Microsoft 365 link to access your College email – sign in with firstname.lastname@cornwall.ac.uk and your College password.
Click the Outlook icon to access your email. Call the IT Helpdesk (01209 616111) if you need further assistance.
