Stones Reef have several roles available – Front of House (Bar, Waitressing, Ice Cream & Shop Counter Positions), Kitchen Positions (Chef Roles, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Porters), Water sports Activity Hire Assistants.

Description of types of tasks to be carried out:

Front of House (Bar, Waitressing, Barista, Ice Cream & Shop Counter Positions)

Lots of roles available both part/full time (Seasonal & Permanent) with flexibility to ensure good work/home lifestyle balance. Be it a weekend job or a career in hospitality, we have a role for you!

• Bar Staff
• Waitressing FOH
• Café / Barista FOH
• Ice Cream servers

Kitchen Positions (Chef Roles, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Porters)

• Working with head chef to maintain kitchen organisation;
• Providing high-quality, well-presented food at all times to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Abiding and operating in line with food safety management documentation;
• Ongoing training to provide opportunity and development for all by increasing their knowledge and technical ability to reach their full potential;
•  Be a strong, passionate and a courteous member of the kitchen;
•  Behave in a way that promotes the Stones Reef ethos, a friendly place for one and all.

Water sports Activity Hire Assistants

• Assisting with the day to day running of water sports hire from wetsuits to kayaks and everything in between.
• Managing all of the equipment to ensure suitable and ready for hire;
• Inspection of equipment pre & post hire to ensure no damage and suitable for future hires;
• Cleaning and maintaining of equipment pre & post hire;
• Hire booking enquiries;
• Surf lesson booking enquiries;
• General assistance at adventure centre.
• Movement of equipment from store site to beach where required;
• Assisting customers with getting “kitted up” for the rental.

Description of key skills & personal competencies required:

We are looking for team players to come and join our fast -paced fun team at the beach!

You will need to be flexible with working hours which will include weekends; friendly, understanding, enthusiastic and calm in a busy environment with a genuine passion for providing good customer service to make this a friendly place for one and all!
