Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship gives you the chance to choose and tailor your training to the job role of your dreams, leading to potential careers in business, marketing, sales, customer service or HR. With a focus on developing essential customer service skills at its core you will spend time at college (usually one day per week) learning skills and theory to help you in the workplace. We recommend that your start with this Level 2 apprenticeship, as this will give you and excellent grounding in all aspects and help you to decide on your future specialism. On successful completion there is the option of progressing onto the Level 3 programme. You can expect to rake part in workshops delivered by industry experts with current knowledge, skills and experience within their specialist areas. Ongoing support from a team of highly qualified mentors/coaches to prepare for end point assessment as the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
