There’s a veranda to the entrance of the chalet, accessed via a locked garden gate.

On occasion, the family Jack Russell, ‘Russell’, may visit his favourite spot on the sunny veranda.  He’s friendly and well behaved.

Private parking and secure storage available for a bike or surfboard.

A local launderette at Atlantic Bay which is en-route to Newquay University Centre.

Indian Queens is a village on the A30 trunk road, approximately 8 miles from Newquay University Centre which is a 20 minute drive, local buses are available to Newquay.

Excellent local facilities including a Co-op, social club, and post office.  A 10 minute drive to Fraddon Retail Park where you can find Next, TK Maxx, Boots, M&S, Mc Donalds to name but a few.
