Property Description
Treganoon House is a family run Bed & Breakfast business with a 5-acre smallholding that focuses on forest gardening & veg growing. Kevin & Sara, along with their two teens, dogs, bees & chickens, have spent the past decade regenerating this old farm. The house offers high-quality B&B accommodation and is not solely student accommodation. It’s more suitable for part-time students or as a short term solution until long-term accommodation can be found. Situated just outside of Luxulyan in peaceful countryside it is well served by wildlife but not by public transport, so you must be a car owner cyclist. By car it’s 10 minutes to Eden, 15 minutes drive to St Austell or Bodmin. By bike it’s 25 minutes cycle ride to St Austell or a 20 minute walk to Luxulyan, where there is a bus stop and a branch line to Par/Newquay.
Treganoon House has superfast wifi, shared lounge/diner & kitchen, off street parking. Breakfast and evening meals are available at an additional cost of £4-£8. Bookings are taken per term.
