This Level 2 one-year course will ensure you are fully knowledgeable in all plumbing and heating systems. To become a fully qualified plumber, most people start here. Land based, work based plant operations Level 1 is the course if you want an overall introduction to the construction industry and most importantly heavy plant operations. You will have the opportunity to carry out a number of construction tasks using plant ranging from 1.5 ton mini excavators up to 14 ton 360 degree tracked excavators and if that’s not enough you will also receive introductory training using 6 ton high vis forward tipping dumpers and telescopic handlers. Literally getting in at ground level, gaining the experience to develop your skills before progressing on to the level 2 course and gaining your CPCS certificate for professional operators. During the course you will be trained and given the opportunity to gain your CPCS operators Health and safety card which is the first step and an essential requirement to gain access and open door to a host of opportunities in the construction industry.
