Occupational Work Supervision Level 3 (OSAT)
Are you working in the construction industry but do not have a NVQ qualification in your specialist trade? If so On Site Assessment & Training (OSAT) is your route to gaining recognition for the skills that you possess.
OSAT allows you to continue working full time on site with no college attendance needed. A specialist assessor will work with you in the workplace to guide you through your qualification ensuring you know exactly what to do to successfully complete your NVQ qualification.
Completing the level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision (Construction) OSAT will make you eligible to apply for a CSCS Gold Supervisory Card.
This qualification is aimed at experienced workers in a technical, managerial or supervisory role (e.g. foreman) who are seeking to develop their competence and improve their skills and knowledge.

• Confirm the occupational method of work
• Implement and maintain health, safety, environmental and welfare practices
• Co-ordinate and organise work operations
• Monitor the progress of work against schedules
