CMI Management and Leadership Programme Level 5 Employer Training

Course information

The Level 5 CMI qualifications in management and leadership are designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills.

An award (at least one unit to the minimum of 4 credits) develops your knowledge by focusing on a specific area relevant to your job, plus a written work-based assignment. The award can also be undertaken as a non-accredited course.

A certificate is the combination of units to the minimum of 13 credits of your choice plus a written work-based assignment for each award.
