Hospitality Skills Bootcamp
The Level 3 Hospitality Skills Bootcamp will develop learner’s technical knowledge within hospitality to work effectively as Hospitality Supervisor.
The Bootcamp will cover financial risk and legislation in business, motivation and supervision when working with people, leaderships styles and characteristics, and principles of menu design, including styles, specification, and food and beverage pairing.
Bootcamps are open to anyone 19 or over, who are self-employed, employed or unemployed. For those currently not in employed, you will be offered a guaranteed interview with an employer upon successful completion of the bootcamp.
Applicants must be resident in Devon or Cornwall to be eligible for the course.

• Business: Financial, Risk, and legislation
• People: Motivation, and supervision
• Leadership: Styles and characteristics
• Principles of Menu design: Styles, Specification, food and beverage pairing
Entry requirements
Bootcamps are open to anyone 19 or over, who are self-employed, employed or unemployed. For those currently not in employed, you will be offered a guaranteed interview with an employer upon successful completion of the bootcamp.
Assessment
There will be an opportunity to achieve food safety and barista qualification but it is not a prerequisite or condition of enrolment onto the Bootcamp.
