Course information

This course is ideal for practitioners who assess the achievement in vocationally-related
situations e.g. classrooms or workshops and who use the following assessment methods: assessment in simulated environments, skills tests, oral and written questions,
assignments, projects, case studies and recognition of prior learning (RPL).

This course will include a 2 day induction, plus up to 5 workshop sessions

The background knowledge and understanding aspects of the Award and the assessor role you will be required to carry out.

You will need to be working with/attached to an Approved Assessment Centre that is offering the QCF/NVQ Award you are planning to assess and have two real learners to assess in a simulated environment i.e. in a workshop or classroom.
