Who is it aimed at?
These qualifications are designed for team leaders; to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that team’s work achieves organisational objectives, and contributing to planning, problem solving and decision making.

These units are delivered face-to-face at our St Austell campus with tutor supported sessions on Microsoft teams.

Award
One module (5 credits) £495
An award develops your knowledge by focusing on a specific area relevant to your job, plus a written work-based assignment. All prices include access to CMI online resources, study materials, tutor support, CMI membership and qualification registration.

Entry requirements
CMI does not specify entry requirements, but learners should have sufficient capability in their working role at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment.
Progression opportunities
Upon successful completion of an Award, learners may choose to progress to further learning within the suite of Level 3 Qualifications in Principles of Management and Leadership.
CMI courses are of the highest quality & demonstrate management and leadership capabilities across a range of sectors and industries to employers. Successful learners will be eligible for Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status, on completion of the Level 3 Qualifications in First Line Management and Leadership (subject to retention of CMI Membership).
Following completion at Level 3, learners may wish to continue their personal and professional development by undertaking further CMI qualifications, such as the CMI Level 5 Qualifications in Management and Leadership, with the goal of achieving Chartered Manager status.
