This apprenticeship gives you the chance to choose and tailor your training to the job role of your dreams, leading to potential careers in business, marketing, sales, customer service or HR. With a focus on developing essential customer service skills at its core you will spend time at college (usually one day per week) learning skills and theory to help you in the workplace.

We recommend that your start with this Level 2 apprenticeship, as this will give you and excellent grounding in all aspects and help you to decide on your future specialism. On successful completion there is the option of progressing onto the Level 3 programme.

You can expect to rake part in workshops delivered by industry experts with current knowledge, skills and experience within their specialist areas. Ongoing support from a team of highly qualified mentors/coaches to prepare for end point assessment as the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.

You will love the opportunity to network with other apprentices throughout the programme, sharing best practice, developing skills and knowledge from wider industry experts enabling you to develop in a specialist occupation and build the foundations of your future career.

  Entry Requirements

Customer Service Practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction with an organisation. You will need English and maths GCSEs at grade 3, plus any criteria specific to you employer. Customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.

  Progression

The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, there will may also be a new Customer Service Apprenticehip available at the time you complete this course (these new programmes are still being developed in partnership with industry and awarding bodies).

This apprenticeship is designed for people who want to train on the job and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration. If you are efficient and enjoy organising people and resources, this is a great apprenticeship for you to start your career. This apprenticeship supports a variety of administration job roles in any industry e.g. executive assistants, secretaries, administration assistants, data entry clerks and office juniors. This course consists of six mandatory units and a range of optional units to suit your job role. Delivery will consist of class-based and work based learning. You can expect to be supported through both college attendance and work based assessments, by highly qualified trainers and assessors with up-to-date, relevant work experience.
