Art and Design Degree Taster Day

If you’ve got a passion for Art & Design and would like to focus your creativity and take it to the next level, perhaps consider studying it at university level with our expert team?

This may be the event to start that journey and an opportunity to talk through your ideas, speak with tutors and learn new skills in a relaxed informal environment. If you haven’t studied a higher education course before, you may be eligible for funding.

Our free taster event explores Ceramics and Printmaking in our newly completed dedicated Art & Design studios at Cornwall College Camborne.  A fun exploratory day for those with an interest in taking their creativity to the next level. 

Ceramics and Printmaking Taster

In the morning you will work in our well-equipped print studios and be introduced to a range of printmaking processes and techniques. After lunch the ceramics session will start by exploring different ways texture and surfaces decoration can be worked into clay, leading to a the making of a vessel. Through these hands-on workshops, you’ll start to find out how far your creativity and ideas can take you and learn about our courses and the options available to you at Cornwall College.
