The Manager will build upon this experience to work with Creative businesses across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to look at how they could develop, progress or grow. The Learning Company Manager will help the business scope and shape a project to support this growth and development, but which requires either additional capacity or skills, not currently available within the company, to deliver the project.
