Self catering studio cabin with double bed for single occupancy, en-suite shower room, sofa and kitchenette. The cabin is situated in close proximity to the property owners residence. It has it’s own parking space, private access/entrance to the cabin and a secluded garden overlooking fields.

The costs include water charges, the use of a washing machine for 3 loads of laundry per week in the main house and maintenance of the garden/grass cutting. There’s also a TV which includes access to Netflix & Prime Video, however, you would need to purchase your own TV Licence.

The cost of electricity is not included, this is on a separate meter with an estimated cost of £20/25 per week. Council Tax is exempt for students for their study period at the University. A Council Tax certificate would need to be obtained by the student from the college once enrolled, then submitted to Cornwall Council.

With prior discussion, the property owner would consider a cat/dog.

The cabin is 11.8 miles (28 minutes drive) from the Newquay University Centre. The local bus stop is a short walk, however, this property may be more suited to a car owner. The local amenities include a Spar shop, fuel station, deli bakery and takeaways. The cabin is close to Padstow and all of the stunning Seven Bays area beaches.
