The NPORS N010 Novice Operator Course is a training program for individuals with little to no experience in operating telescopic handlers. It provides comprehensive training in both theoretical and practical aspects of telehandler operation, including pre-operational checks, safe lifting and handling techniques, and operating on various terrains.
The course aims to equip novice operators with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate a telehandler safely and competently.

The NPORS N010 Novice Operator course for telescopic handlers provides foundational knowledge and practical skills for safely operating these machines. It covers pre-operational checks, safe lifting and load handling, and operating in various terrains and environments.
Participants learn about relevant regulations, machine components, and safe work practices.

Candidates must have passed the CSCS Health and Safety test (within the last 24 months).
Candidates must complete an end of course practical assessment and knowledge test that has a clear pass or fail criteria as set out by the card scheme.
