This course is for people who manage caseloads. You will develop skills within self-development, staff and client management, negotiation, liaison with other services and networking skills.

What you will learn

To achieve this Level 4 NVQ Diploma you will work through a series of modules. Each module achieved by undertaking a range of activities to enable you to:

Gather evidence for the qualification
Receive guidance on how to present your evidence
Reflect on and develop your own practice
