Student Shine at Graduation in Truro Cathedral
More than 260 students from The Cornwall College Group celebrated their academic success in style at the stunning Truro Cathedral during this year’s graduation ceremonies.
Graduates from Cornwall College University Centre at the Eden Project, Newquay University Centre Cornwall College, Duchy College, Bicton College, Falmouth Marine School, The Golf Education Partnership and Cornwall College University Centre, came together to mark their achievements.
Proud family members and friends were in attendance to honour the students’ hard work and dedication to learning.
Rob Bosworth, Principal and CEO of The Cornwall College Group, commended the graduates for their determination and resilience: “Graduation is a celebration of resilience, commitment and growth. Our students have overcome challenges, embraced opportunities and emerged as skilled, confident individuals ready to make their mark on the world.”
“Today, we honour not just their success, but their potential to shape the future with the skills, training and qualifications gained at our university centres across Devon and Cornwall,” Rob added.
The day featured two ceremonies highlighting achievements across an impressive range of programmes, from agriculture and marine sciences to tournament golf, counselling, engineering and more.
