Exciting Partnerships

Our own classrooms in Newquay Zoo are only a stone’s throw away and we use Blue Reef Aquarium and classrooms on Fistral Beach as teaching environments. We work closely in partnership with Cornwall Wildlife Trust, Cornwall Reptile & Amphibian Group, Cornwall Birds, Cornish Birds of Prey, Cornwall Seal Group Research Trust, Newquay Marine Group and Skindog Surfboards to name a few.
Marine Conservation Zone

Our campus is located within walking distance of The Gannel, a tidal river which has recently been given Marine Conservation Zone (MCZ) status, provides a great place to research birds, plants and fish. Not to mention, the range of marine and moorland habitats Newquay and wider Cornwall has to offer.
Wild Things

We have on-campus conservation areas including a pond with dipping platform and wildflower meadow that are great for studying nature up close.
