Employability & Recruitment Assistant

37 hours per week/ 52 weeks per year

(Fixed term contract to October 2018 in the first instance funded by ESF and ERDF)
Based in the Unlocking Potential offices, this role will provide the backbone of administrative support behind the ESF funded Stand Out from the Crowd course and will also support the administration of the ERDF funded recruitment activity undertaken by the wider UP team. We are looking for someone who is client focussed, methodical and who has fantastic attention to detail.

If you are really organised and enjoy making sure that everything is in its place and that everything has a place, this job is for you! On a day to day basis, you will support business clients with advertising their job roles, organising interviews and ensuring all the relevant details are recorded in our CRM database.

In the meantime, you will also support the recruitment of delegates onto the Stand Out from the Crowd courses, and once they are underway, you will be responsible for collecting up and administering all the paperwork requirements.

Applicants must have
A Levels or equivalent qualifications
Administration experience
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent MS skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of handling customers on the phone
An ability to work as a fully contributing member of a team, whilst at the same time being self-motivating and self-reliant.
A warm, friendly disposition with a can-do attitude
An all-rounder who can turn their hand to a range of tasks
