Construction Recruitment Event

Calling all Construction and Building Services Staff!

If you think you have the ability to share skills and knowledge with the future tradespeople, come and talk to us.

Due to rising student numbers and huge demand for training and qualifications in the Construction industry from across the county, The Cornwall College Group is actively recruiting tradespeople and other industry professionals.

No prior teaching experience is necessary as we will provide full training to help you become an amazing lecturer. We just need you to be passionate about your work, knowledgeable about the industry and be able to pass on your experience and skills to our cohort of talented students looking for careers in this growing sector.

And with the rapid development of construction techniques and estimations that the construction industry is worth in the region £130 billion to the UK economy, it is likely to be a valuable career choice now and well into the future.

Students who have studied under the watchful eyes of construction staff at Cornwall College Camborne and Cornwall College St Austell have gone on to successful careers working for major Contractors and Sub Contractors, locally, nationally and internationally.

If you have worked or currently work in the construction industry and think you could help pass your skills and knowledge on to budding tradespeople, a job at Cornwall College could be for you.

In addition to helping shape the future of the sector, we’ll give you:

  • An excellent salary
  • Generous pension
  • Full training
  • Up to 10 weeks annual leave
  • Industry-standard workshops and equipment
  • A job still working in the industry you love, surrounded by supportive & knowledgeable colleagues

Interested? Then this event is for you. Sign up below and we look forward to meeting you soon.
