This two day course is suitable for supervisory roles and is designed to ensure candidates develop the requisite knowledge and practical skills to implement a HACCP plan in their workplace. A HACCP based assignment is to be completed after the course.
Cost: £250 per person (in house cost £1,500 for up to 8 participants plus £11 for each extra candidate up to a maximum of 8).
