Food technology combines many aspects including a range of sciences, practical food production, design and technology so the course is challenging and stimulating. Our Stoke Climsland campus is home to our £4.7million Food Innovation Centre; with its registered manufacturing and processing facilities, food analysis and microbiology laboratory gives you a state-of-the-art learning facility unmatched in the South West.

About the production of a wide range of products, how to produce foods safely, microbiology and food safety, food labeling and packaging, the science behind food manufacturing and product development and management techniques.
