In this course you will tackle the traditional accompaniments for you roast that transforms a good roast into a Sunday feast. Firstly roasting, crackle and create perfectly cooked pork with apple sauce, roast gravy, sausage sage and chestnut stuffing then moving onto the beautiful Roast Beef with Yorkshire puddings, cider braised red cabbage, horseradish sauce and beef gravy
This course will run from 09:00 to 15:30 and there is a £15 fee for materials.
