A splash of Cornish produce in a classic Spanish Tapas style.
Week 1: We will produce a feast of ham & cheese croquettes, crispy squid and aioli and an oyster mushroom and seaweed fritters
Week 2: Learn how to make your own patatas bravas, padron peppers and calamari.
This course takes place from 18:00 to 21:00
