Twenty First Century Science Biology by OCR is the single award GCSE Science (Evening) course.
The specifications will prepare learners for progression to further study of biology, whilst at the same time offering an engaging and satisfying course for those who choose not to study academic biology further.
It is an ideal qualification for students thinking about a possible career in teaching or nursing where a Science GCSE at C / 4 or better is usually compulsory
This course is ideal for you if you require an extra GCSE for entry into University. We recommend checking with the University for their entry requirements.

The course enables learners to develop an understanding of the concepts and models that scientists use to explain natural phenomena and how this links with the importance of experimental practices that quantifies and develops scientific understanding.
The qualification is available at two tiers of entry. Higher Tier (Grades A*-D / 9-3) or Foundation Tier (Grades C-G / 4-1).
