This fun, one day editing workshop is for anybody who likes to take photos, whether is for a fun looking Instagram page or you want to take your hobby to the next level to give your photos that 'professional look'. We will look at different tools in an editing software and how it can change and enhance your images.

Please bring a USB memory stick and note pad and pen with you.

We also suggest that you bring a packed lunch and any other refreshments that you may require.


This is a FREE* workshop - apply for a place now.

* This workshop will be free for students who will be 19+ as of 31.08.21 and have not attended the workshop before. If you have already attended this workshop and wish to repeat it a fee will apply.


This workshop runs on a Saturday from 9.30am to 4.00pm for 1 day.

This Intermediate evening course is suitable for those who have had some previous experience of pottery. This course offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of processes inc. hand building, throwing, surface decoration and glaze application, while gaining or advancing your skills. Through your personal projects there will be opportunities to develop existing skills and experience while learning new skills and techniques in a creative, relaxed atmosphere. Materials are provided but please bring an apron or old shirt to protect your clothes and your footwear should not be open toed. These courses are now full. But if you would like to be added to the waiting list please email your full name, DOB and contact details to us at adult.community.learning@cornwall.ac.uk and we will contact you if any places become available or if we are able to add any new dates. On this course you will learn a variety of mixed media, methods and processes to produce creative art work by practising and developing your skills through observation and experimental techniques. Projects cover in-depth painting, drawing, printmaking and mixed media. Lessons are flexible and relaxed, with the emphasis of helping you to lose your fears and develop your own individual creative styles. The tutor will give you guidance to achieve your goals and you can adapt them to make your own creations. Your Road to Wellbeing courses are relaxed and informal, enabling you to improve your wellbeing and mental health, building your self-confidence, and a great way to make friends. Our courses run one day per week, over 10 to 13 weeks per term. If you miss the start of the course don’t worry, you can join the courses at any time.
