The more you train functionally, the better you’ll become at working your entire body as one system.
Functional training also gives you an excellent kinesthetic awareness (awareness of how your body moves) and teaches you how to move safely.
All of these skills are pretty important in everyday life and in the gym, allowing us to move purposefully and confidently and helping us stay sturdy, strong, and safe.
This course will run from 9:30-10:30 am Monday 1st March to Monday 8th March (excluding weekends).
What You Will Learn
You’ll focus on bodyweight exercises with core-dominance, whilst getting your heart rate up to finish your workout strong. Cross-body work is huge in every part of the workout.
You will train your body how to move functionally— movement patterns that you’ll do in everyday life, not just at the gym. This short course is taught over 1 week (1 hour duration).
Classes are based online.
