Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain.
The aim is to identify basic postural imbalances such as feet rolling in or out, elevated hip or shoulder, rounded back and miss alignment.
Then to focus on strengthening the center by relearning the mind and body to recruit core muscles.
By doing this we can increase muscular balance, strength and posture.
