Chris studied the Level 3 IT Apprenticeship while working at Coodes Solicitors and now helps to run their ICT help desk.

"The skills I learned during the course helped accelerate my IT career and cement the fundamentals required for me to provide efficient and prompt IT support at Coodes. In running the ICT help desk I am usually the first point of contact the end users have and it is my job to assist the user using a variety of tools. The skills I have learned have not only helped me with my role today, but by passing the exams and getting that piece of paper saying “I can do this”, leaves me with room for progression."
