Developing Your Best Possible Self – Part One – (Online)

This free online workshop is suited to anyone interested in self-development.

It is based on the concepts of Positive Psychology and will help support you in developing your best possible self, enabling self-empowerment and promoting resilience.

The workshop will help you to identify your key character strengths that make up the best of your personality.

The second session of the workshop explores how to build motivation and set goals. It also addresses how to develop purpose and meaning in life and looks at how you can shift a negative life view towards a more optimistic one, in order to improve your wellbeing. The workshop is delivered by a qualified counsellor and lecturer.

You will have the opportunity to work in small experiential groups and have time to ask questions.
