This apprenticeship gives you the chance to choose and tailor your training to the job role of your dreams, leading to potential careers in business, marketing, sales, customer service or HR. With a focus on developing essential customer service skills at its core you will spend time at college (usually one day per week) learning skills and theory to help you in the workplace.

We recommend that your start with this Level 2 apprenticeship, as this will give you and excellent grounding in all aspects and help you to decide on your future specialism. On successful completion there is the option of progressing onto the Level 3 programme.

You can expect to take part in workshops delivered by industry experts with current knowledge, skills and experience within their specialist areas. Ongoing support from a team of highly qualified mentors/coaches to prepare for end point assessment as the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.

You will love the opportunity to network with other apprentices throughout the programme, sharing best practice, developing skills and knowledge from wider industry experts enabling you to develop in a specialist occupation and build the foundations of your future career.

In addition to this core apprenticeship, we also offer additional qualifications to allow you to develop a particular specialism in the business world that will help your organisation. These can include short courses* in:

  Entry Requirements

Customer Service Practitioners are hugely influential in the delivery of a good customer experience and their satisfaction with an organisation. You will need English and maths GCSEs at grade 3, plus any criteria specific to you employer. Customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.

  Progression

The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, there will may also be a new Customer Service Apprenticehip available at the time you complete this course (these new programmes are still being developed in partnership with industry and awarding bodies).
