Clyde will guide you through the do’s and don’ts of cooking outdoors that he has gained throughout his extensive travels in Africa.
Week 1: Will highlight the quality point to look for when cooking outdoors while you cook and eat Cornish ribeye steak, corn on the cob & roasted pepper & portabella salad
Week 2: Harness these outdoor cooking skills cooking up a feast of marinated chicken, roasted potato, butternut and red onion on the BBQ.
This course will run from 18:00 to 21:00 and there will be £15 fee for materials.
