Cooking alfresco can be daunting but with our easy to learn techniques and knowledge this course identifies how to transfer your standard menu into an outdoor delight. You will learn the skills and gain understanding to work and control your outdoor BBQ. Cooking up a storm on the BBQ you will produce garlic and chilli prawns, marinated lamb kebabs and a minute steak.
This course will run from 9:00- 15:30 and there will be a £15 fee for materials
