Functional training is essential to everyday life for all of us, understanding how the body should move will slow improved movement in everyday life and in training. Combine this with some functional fitness workouts to improve overall health and this course is perfect for absolutely all abilities and ages! This will be an on campus course, combining the technical coaching of functional movement and fun fitness based sessions, bringing education and fitness together for all abilities.
