The course at college taught me the key elements of good Customer Service and industry knowledge, as well as how to deal with challenging and demanding work situations.  My studies have enabled me to develop a good set of communication and collaborative skills that I adapt to the variety of customers that I support.  I would sincerely recommend anyone interested in a career at sea or in resort management to consider the courses at Cornwall College.
