Accommodation providers

Do you have accommodation in the St Austell and surrounding areas for our growing number of students studying to degree level at the Eden Project?

We are looking for accommodation for our new student intake for September 2019 and returning students.  Do you have a spare room to rent out or accommodation suitable for student rental – house share/flat, self-contained annexe or do you know anyone in this area who could provide accommodation for Higher Education students (18+).

Students are studying at degree level with Cornwall College at the Eden Project for 1, 2 and 3 years on programmes in the following areas:  Event Management, Horticulture, Garden & Landscape Design and Plant Science. Courses run from September to June.  Secure payments, deposits and references can be obtained.  Rates paid from £300-£400 p.c.m.   All contracts are with students and landlords direct.

Falmouth area

At Falmouth Marine School we have Apprentices (16+), Further Education students (16-18 years) and Higher Education students (18+) who are looking for accommodation now.

Students are with us for a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years and courses run from September to June. We have a dedicated accommodation officer to help match you with the students and secure payments, deposits and references can be obtained.

Stoke Climsland area

At Duchy College Stoke Climsland we have Apprentices (16+) and Further Education students (16-18 years) who are looking for accommodation now.
