The aim of this role will be to prepare, cook and present all dishes to the required standard as well as assisting the Head Chef in the daily kitchen duties.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Food preparation
- Health and Safety
- Portion Control
- Kitchen Paperwork
- Stock Rotation
- Ensuring that all food hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining the equipment
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all time
- Ensuring good communication channels with the team
- Adhering to personal appearance standards at all times
- Any other duties considered relevant to the role, as requested by the kitchen team / management
