Vacancy description

Eden Hearth and Home are seeking a motivated, polite and hardworking candidate to join them as a business administration apprentice. Full training will be provided and there will be great deal of variety relating to the tasks that you are asked to perform.

Tasks will often include:

*Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone, email and face to face meetings

*Sales and processing payments *managing diary systems

*Handling money

*Liaison with trade suppliers and accounts

*Marketing and social media

*Supporting with the day to day running of the business

*Meeting with customers to help determine the right product for them

*Demonstrating products

*After sales

*Drawing up contracts

*Ordering goods

*Invoicing and payments

*Emailing customers information for invoice and quotation

*Updating supplier lists and brochures

*Supporting with business marketing

*Social media and newspaper adverts

*Supporting sales manager
