OUR HISTORY
In 2005, husband and wife team, Scott and Tina Fairhurst, left their longstanding FTSE 100 careers to return to Cornwall and launch a multi award-winning holiday home services business. Providing housekeeping and property management services to a large portfolio of luxury holiday homes gave Scott and Tina invaluable insight into the luxury accommodation industry.

After six years, it became clear that there was a real need for a holiday rental specialist to, not only market exclusive, handpicked holiday homes, but provide an entirely bespoke experience. And so, in 2011, Perfect Stays came to be.

It was whilst engaging with owners and guests that Scott and Tina both realised that many high-end properties failed to really cater for the discerning guest and that most of the local letting agents just offered a ‘book-a-house’ service and little more. Guests want local information, the inside track on what to do, where to go and also have access to a whole multitude of lifestyle services.

A key issue they discovered was an inconsistency with holiday letting agency portfolios of truly comparative properties and the definition of ‘quality’ to be a wide ranging and stretched word. Ensuring a consistent portfolio of unique and truly luxurious self-catering holiday homes is essential to the Perfect Stays brand, allowing guests to hop from one home-from-home to another and receive the same high standards, whilst also providing maximum rental performance for holiday homes.

  • Sales ledger
  • Data entry
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Answering emails
  • Using Excel spreadsheets
  • Invoicing
  • General office and administration duties
  • Overall finance support
  • Processing expenses
