SWARM Knowledge Hub
The SWARM Knowledge Hub is a new RDPE funded project aimed at sharing information on resource management with the farming community in the South West.
The SWARM Knowledge Hub is a PPRE project working very closely with various funding agencies, farmer groups, and other stakeholder partners to ensure that the most up to date knowledge on all aspects of farm resource management is made available to the south west farming community. Duchy College is a member of the Peninsula Partnership for the Rural Environment (PPRE). PPRE combines the strengths of North Wyke Research, academics at the University of Plymouth, the Centre for Rural Policy Research and Centre for Energy and the Environment at the University of Exeter, and Duchy College in order to better serve land based industries, the region, and the UK, thereby improving the economic and environmental performance of agriculture through research, skills development and knowledge transfer.
