Polly Gilbert
Position/Job Title: Training Leader
Polly works on the South West Vocational Skills Training Programme as Training Leader and works closely with the Training Coordinators to approve vocational training events and courses for the benefit of people employed within farming and forestry.
Polly joined the RBS team in April 2011, coming from a Project Management background having worked for the past two years as Programme Manager for a national regeneration charity.
She has a strong interest in the rural sector having graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2006 with an MSc in Rural Land Management and running a small rare breed pig enterprise on her family’s small holding.
When not working Polly can be found surfing Cornwall’s North Coast (in a fashion!), horse riding or enjoying time with friends”
