Who is this course for?

This course is for office juniors, administrators or clerical assistants, who would like to improve their skill set and gain a qualification in business administration.

It provides learners with an introduction to the business and administration environment, and will give them the opportunity to develop essential knowledge such as covering personal responsibilities, working with and supervising others, managing information and producing documents and providing and maintaining administrative services.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however you need to be working in a suitable role within a business environment.
