This course is for those who have experience in a business and administration environment and want to improve their skills or gain a qualification in that area. This course is personal assistants or office administrators, who would like to improve their skill set and gain a Level 3 Certificate in Business Administration. It provides learners with the opportunity to develop essential knowledge such as supervisory, organisation, monitoring and analytical skills.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however having the business and administration NVQ level 2 would be of benefit to you. You will need to be working in an administrative role to complete this course. There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however you need to be working in a suitable role within a business environment.
