Set amongst some of the most beautiful coastline and countryside in Britain, Falmouth's southerly position provides a pleasant climate with mild winters, allowing access to watersports and other outdoor activities all year round.
Playing around
College isn't all about work, so take a break and discover Falmouth's beaches including Castle beach which is great at low tide for rock pooling, Gyllyngvase for sunbathing, swimming and watersports and Swanpool and Maenporth for some quiet time. There are also swimming pools, watersports clubs, gyms and bowling.
Shop and eat
Falmouth town centre is a five minute walk from the Marine School and offers high street names as well as surf shops and boutiques. And for when you need a break there are plenty of waterside cafés and a huge range of restaurants offering local as well as Chinese, Indian, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
Bars, pubs and clubs
The town centre lies on the waterfront with a range of theme bars, character pubs and lively clubs offering live entertainment and music to suit all tastes.
