ACCOMMODATION
As a specialist land-based college aiming to attract students from all over the country, we understand that residential accommodation will be required by many of our students living and studying away from home.
Stoke Climsland Campus
Stoke Climsland is the main residential centre for Duchy and offers various accommodation options both on and off campus. This ranges from full board with three cooked meals, seven days a week, to self catering for older students.

Rosewarne Campus
Student accommodation at Rosewarne is based off site and can be in a family home, or home environment with meals provided at set times of the day, or alternatively you may prefer self-catering in shared houses or flats.
Where you live is central to your college life. You need to ensure you are going to be happy in your surroundings and we recognise the importance of ensuring you are living in conditions conducive to your success. A key factor is the cost of the accommodation - therefore you need to look closely at how much you can afford before you start looking.
There are limited spaces available for university students at University College Falmouth’s (UCF) Henry Scott Tuke House residence in Falmouth click here for more information.
For information packs and advice on student accommodation, please contact Rosewarne Student Services on 01209 722135.
At both campuses students may be eligible for a full bursary.
