The department for Early Years, Health and Care offers a wide range of courses if you want to start or further a career in the health, care or childcare sector. We offer a range of courses from general introductions to specialist short courses for health and care professionals as well as great full-time courses to get you on the right track to the career of your dreams!
The department enjoys strong links with local employers in particular the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust in Truro and a range of other charitable organisations. These links along with student-centred learning and work placement opportunities provide you with the best start to a career in areas as diverse as Nursery Nursing, Learning Support Assistant, Childcare, Health & Social Worker, Teacher Training and Nursing.
