The department for Arts & Media is dedicated to nurturing and developing creativity. Whether you wish to gain skills that will enhance your personal expression or lead you to a career within areas such as television, film, fashion, advertising, media, music or design, we have a course for you.

Lecturers within the department form a highly qualified, creative team that encourages you to explore your ideas and imagination. Many of our staff have extensive industry experience, which means you are taught by journalists, authors, artists, designers and script writers.

The department also enjoys good standing within the local artistic community. The annual five day summer show regularly attracts hundreds of viewers and collectors.

Our Arts & Media courses are all delivered in specialist facilities across the Camborne campus, to give you the very best practical experience there are: photography studios, dark rooms, ceramics workshops, art studios, a refurbished theatre, rehearsal rooms, a sound recording studio, video-editing and multi-media facilities.
